Job description:

Dry Link Construction Ltd. located in Surrey; BC is currently hiring 3 full-time Construction Cleaners to work with their growing team. The candidates must be active, independent, and eager to work as a team.

Position: Construction Cleaners

Number of positions: 3

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $27.50 per hour 

Start date: As soon as possible.

Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM every day (5 days a week)

Work locations(s): Surrey, BC, and various other job sites in the Lower Mainland area (BC) as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Job duties:

• Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.
• Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for next day work while      respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
• Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
• Clean windows, interior walls, floors, and ceilings etc.
• Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
• Move equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.

Job requirements: 

• Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
• Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate in English.
