Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Specific Skills:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations of retaurant as per Mucho Burrito franchise guidelines
Implement operational procedures including new Menu item launches and Limited Time Offerings
Recruit staff via online ad placements and oversee training of new staff members
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Maintain contact with Mucho Burrito BC Business Consultants to ensure franchise guidelines and operations are being met accordingly
