Job Duties:

• Plan and organize operational logistics within the organization
• Coordinate tasks and activities across departments and work units
• Assign, schedule, and review work for vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
• Establish priorities and develop detailed work plans
• Organize and oversee tasks to ensure efficient completion of work orders
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned duties
• Review material requirements and adjust type and quantities for production, construction, and projects
• Ensure the smooth functioning of machinery and computer systems
• Verify the accuracy of timesheets, payroll records, and related reports
• Train staff on job responsibilities, procedures, and company policies
