Job Duties:
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and equipment operators
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Ensure all health and farm safety procedures are being followed by the workers.
• Maintain quality control and production records.
• Make work schedules and establish procedures, train employees on work site.
