Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities
- Respond to alarms and investigate any suspicious behavior or incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to minimize risk
- Conduct internal investigations and interviews as needed
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and investigations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment
- Strong observation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
