Requirements:

Experience: 1 year or more

Education: Not required

Language: Basic English

Duties:

• Prepare and cook Thai cuisine`s full course meals, individual dishes and foods such as pad thai, green, red and yellow curries, sauces, salads, traditional rolls, etc.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Ensure quality of food meet standards
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Supervise and train kitchen helpers and new employees.
