Job Duties
- Setting up and closing the line which includes but not limited to working on cooking, cleaning, and organizing various food items and equipment.
- Knowing and learning the internal recipes, policies, and standard portion sizes for food items as per restaurant’s set standards and procedures.
- Preparing the ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant menu.
- Maintaining the freshness and preserving the quality of food items based on restaurant’s internal & Food Safe set standards to have optimum quality.
- Working in a team of cooks to handle varying levels of activities.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all the times to keep the workspace free from contamination and/or cross contamination.
- Being aware of and abiding all kitchen related health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required.

Schedule: 8 hours shifts, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3 pm.
